Chemical handling tank consists of SS tank mounted on load cells connected to the PLC. On starting the system the water valve opens and preset quantity of water is taken in the weighing tank. Then the inlet valve opens and ADD CHEMICALS lamp glows. The pre weighed chemicals are added to the chemical tank and then acknowledged. The inlet valve closed and the stirrer starts which will dissolve the chemicals. After the preset time the stirrer stops and BATCH READY is displayed at the discharge end. On receiving demand the stirrer starts and discharge valve opens to transfer the material by air pressure.
